Phone Banking – Pre-register of high-risk merchant
We strive to protect the security of our customers. Starting from 25 September 2016, any high-risk bill payments to merchants (including but not limited to securities, credit cards or other finance companies,) via Personal Phone Banking Services are required to conduct a one-time pre-registration of such merchant and bill account number before execution. To ensure that you could continue to enjoy the services, please complete and return the “Personal Phone Banking Services Supplementary Form ”to any of our branches.
